Founded in the late 1970’s by Denver native Daryll Propp, the firm’s Colorado-based commercial real estate holdings are located in Lakewood, Golden and Wheat Ridge.  Our properties are clustered in the North Jeffco area,  Central Jeffco area and the South Jeffco area.  Ten office buildings, each owned and self-managed, offer  a variety of office space for rent to accommodate all types of professional businesses.

Propp Realty Management consists of owner Daryll Propp, office manager, leasing agent, executive suites manager, accounting, two maintenance engineers/supervisors, and on-site maintenance techs for our buildings.  Seasonal help is always a must, and the several vendors and contractors that have worked with Propp Realty Management since day one must be mentioned!  The relationships that are built here are long lasting.

With the success in Colorado, Daryll Propp and partners expanded into Spearfish, South Dakota.  Daryll Propp and the Kreke Family have progressively planned two residential real estate developments; Elkhorn Ridge at Frawley Ranches, and The Elkhorn Ridge Golf Estates.  The Elkhorn Ridge Golf Estates are homes located adjacent to the 18-hole, USGA Rated and PGA-staffed championship Elkhorn Ridge Golf Course, along with the Miller Creek Pub and Frawley Ranches Estates.  In addition, the Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort features 187 RV sites, year-round luxury cabins and an Event Center for weddings, conferences and seminars.
